Overview
A basement in a granite terrace, Amuse by Kevin Dalgleish is accessed down a flight of stairs. The deceptively large space has a central bar, small lounge area and a raised area with floor-to-ceiling glass overlooking the rear garden areas of the terrace. It’s a smart backdrop for the modern Scottish cooking with French influences.
