Overview
Right at the heart of Maidstone sits this legendary distillery, which has been turning out quality gin since the late 18th century. At one point it dominated the city skyline, and its founder George Bishop was the city mayor. These days you can tour the distillery and take special courses in gin tasting and cocktail making. There's also a gift shop where you can get some of the good stuff to take home.
