"The height of luxury with stunning views."
Overview
Lympstone Manor is a Grade II listed Georgian manor with a fascinating history. Thanks to the vision of Michael Caines, it has been transformed into a striking building with breathtaking views over the Exe estuary and the Jurassic Coast. Comfort and quality are delivered throughout the hotel, with a fusion of classic country house and contemporary flair. Elegant and extremely accomplished cuisine is augmented by a significant wine list, underpinning the Lympstone experience. 21 Impressive rooms and suites are luxuriously appointed, and a number have either balconies or terraces with superb views. The Pool House Restaurant & Bar is an informal dining area set around a heated outdoor swimming pool and leisure facilities. The Lympstone Manor Estate vineyard sits within the heart of the hotel grounds with 17,500 vines including Pinot Noir, Meunier, and Chardonnay and produces award winning single vineyard status wines. Nestled in the woodland overlooking the vineyard, the six Shepherd Huts offer apartment-style living space – intimate, cosy and comfortable – where secluded privacy and nature meet in unrefined luxury.
