"A lovely hotel in a beautiful setting with excellent food."
Overview
Although it sounds a little sinister, Hell Bay is a really beautiful location, on the western side of Bryher, making this the most westerly hotel in the UK. The shore is rugged and dramatic, and rewards exploration. You can enjoy ocean views from your rooms, settle into a cosy armchair in the lounge, or escape to the Treatment Shed, yoga studio or heated outdoor pool. Perhaps the best thing is that after a day of rambling you can come back to the hotel and enjoy a meal in the Scilly Isles' only 3 AA Rosette restaurant.
