Crossbasket Castle★★★★★
"Dine like royalty and enjoy flawless service."
Overview
Crossbasket Castle can trace its roots back to the 16th century and has a rich history. The current castle was rescued from ruin in 2011 and retains many original features and a multimillion pound project to extend the hotel in 2025 has lifted to new luxurious heights. Now with 50 tastefully designed bedrooms, alongside extensive lounges and beautiful grounds combined with flawless and personalised service, this is a wonderful guest experience. Michel Roux Jr provides the inspiration for the menus in the exciting Trocaderos, a celebration of nostalgia and glamour with cabaret-style entertainment, cocktails and top class dining each night. Afternoon teas served in the castle are a more slow-paced affair but no less elegant. Weddings are a major facet of the business, making use of the truly special Roosevelt ballroom complete with hammer beam roof.
