Overview
Very much a Barnstaple landmark, this dignified hotel offers a genuine and warm welcome with a committed team of engaging and helpful staff. There is a friendly and hospitable atmosphere here, one of many reasons why guests return many times to relax and unwind. Bedrooms are well appointed with wonderfully comfy beds, many rooms having lovely views across the River Taw. Public areas are very inviting with generous lounge provision, the perfect venue for afternoon tea. Cuisine is accomplished, the menu focusing upon the excellent local produce, served within the elegant Arlington Restaurant.
