Overview
In a tranquil side street in this attractive Cotswolds town, the 15th-century Lamb is a dyed-in-the-wool, all round award winner. A welcoming atmosphere is generated by the bar’s flagstone floor, log fire, cosy armchairs, gleaming copper, brass and silver. In fact, old-world charm and stylish interiors are a feature throughout. Take, for example, the elegant columns and mullioned windows of the courtyard-facing restaurant. An extensive cellar holds over 100 wines.
