Overview
Titchwell Marsh is one of the RSPB’s most popular reserves. Here, hundreds of thousands of migrating birds pass through in spring and autumn and many stay during winter, providing an opportunity to see various species of ducks, waders, seabirds and geese. If you are really lucky you may catch sight of the RSPB emblem, the avocet. The reserve, which lies on the coast, is a great day out for the entire family.

About the area
The North Norfolk Coast is designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and probably the finest of its kind in Europe. Here you’ll find a string of quaint villages and small towns – Holkham, Wells-next-the-Sea and Cley next the Sea are 21st-century favourites, while Sheringham and Cromer are classic examples of a good old-fashioned seaside resort where grand Victorian hotels look out to sea.
