Overview
From Bury to the world, this wonderful town centre art museum has a collection that includes the best local art as well as internationally famous works. The original bequest included paintings by Turner, Sir Edwin Landseer, and Constable, but many more have been added since 1897. There’s also a sculpture centre, which features work from prominent sculptors. Excellent tea room.
