Overview
Something of a Brighton stalwart, this pioneering restaurant serves inventive veggie-vegan food a short walk from the seafront. Waiting staff can help decipher the eccentric menu descriptions, but there is a light-hearted approach here and the inspiration is global. The stripped-back dining area stretches back to a small terrace at the rear.
