Overview
A harbourside warehouse makeover with eye-popping interior collisions of lime-green and violet, the Salthouse deals in brasserie food with look-at-me flavours. A gin and tonic arrives later than is conventional perhaps, in a dessert of apple and Hendrick's jelly, with cucumber sorbet and lime granita.
