The Nut Tree Inn
"Sharp execution of excellent ingredients."
Overview
Over the past 20 years, Michael and Imogen North have turned The Nut Tree Inn into a pub with a formidable reputation for great food, beer and wine. Classic cooking techniques, the best produce possible and treating the ingredients with integrity is the key to balanced dishes full of flavour with a keen eye for presentation. Expect lots of local produce on their tasting menus, including veg from the garden. Mushroom velouté with white truffle oil could lead on to fillet of seabass, herb purée, celery, bacon, preserved lemon and poultry jus.
