Overview
Deep in the heart of the New Forest, Hartnett Holder & Co is the chic restaurant set within Lime Wood, a tastefully restored and luxurious country house. Served in the stylish, open-plan dining room with lovely views out to the extensive grounds, the characterful Italian-influenced food overseen by celebrated chef Angela Hartnett is a real draw. A meal might kick off with duck agnolotti, medjool dates, agrodolce, hazelnuts and parmesan fonduta, perhaps followed by steamed sea bass, Portland shellfish orzotto, fennel, Meyer lemon and basil. Round things off with Islands single estate 75% chocolate marquise, aged balsamic and milk ice cream.
