In a marvellous location overlooking Carmarthen Bay, St Brides Spa Hotel has two main dining options, the open-plan Cliff Restaurant and the more informal Gallery, both with excellent sea views. The kitchen’s approach is modern British, with a heavy focus on seafood, including fresh lobster straight from the tank.
