Overlooking the hustle and bustle of the swanky Mayfair street, CUT at 45 Park Lane is the glamorous London outpost for celebrated US chef and restaurateur Wolfgang Puck. This stylish steakhouse is sumptuously designed with sculptured silver chandeliers, leather seating and marble flooring. Everything here shouts luxurious simplicity and the main draw is top-grade aged beef sourced from Devon, Australia, Japan and the US. Start with seared Orkney scallops, garlic and chilli butter before, perhaps, 28-day aged native beef fillet on the bone with béarnaise sauce.
