"Innovative modern dishes in Birmingham city centre."
Overview
In the heart of central Birmingham’s financial district, Adam’s is a contemporary fine dining restaurant with an infectiously buzzy atmosphere. Cosmopolitan in style, with dark wood tables, midnight blue banquettes and marble-patterned carpets, abstract artwork on the grey panelled walls and upbeat sounds add to the vibe. The modern British cooking has a European influence so a meal might begin with Orkney langoustine, peach, verbena and sansho pepper before a main course of wild turbot, squid-stuffed artichoke and sea truffle. Finish with wild strawberry soufflé, Basque cheesecake, violet and Earl Grey. Show more
