Overview
Minster Mill has plenty going for it: a rather glamorous Cotswold-stone boutique hotel by the River Windrush with a sybaritic spa and an atmospheric restaurant replete with vaulted ceilings and original oak beams. Set in a high gallery overlooking the restaurant, the Mill Bar serves selected fine wines and champagnes, along with perfectly shaken classic cocktails.
