A lovely 16th-century country inn lost among the backroads of the North Kent Downs, The Ringlestone goes for a classic look with quarry tiled floors, rustic pine tables, bare flint and brick walls, and an open wood fire in an inglenook. The kitchen goes in for big, hearty flavours and has its own smokery.
