Overview
Within the walls of Hampton Manor’s Victorian walled garden, Grace & Savour is an immersive dining experience, where diners can see much of the produce destined for the plates growing in front of them. It’s a minimalist space, high seats at a polished stone counter wrapping around a central hub where chefs tweezer the minute, complex little dishes together. The 14-course tasting menu is an exhilarating journey of flavours and textures driven by the ebb and flow of seasonal produce of impeccable provenance, starting with a venison broth with organic celeriac and apples served with bread seasoned with venison heart and juniper. Along the way, there’s also roasted partridge with organic cobnuts and a sublime sauce of Welsh truffle and two-year-old miso, and barbecued monkfish with kale, kohlrabi and grilled quince.
