The Bird in Hand Country Inn is just four miles from Maidenhead, and dates back, in part, to the 14th century. Bedrooms are arranged around a brick courtyard and all are well equipped. Guests can relax in the Oak Lounge Bar, which has plenty of traditional charm and old English character, and dining is available either in the bar or the restaurant.

  History  - A former hunting lodge of King George III, dating back in part to 14th Century
  Location - Conveniently located for transport , local attractions & places if interest.
  Accommodation  - Stylish & very comfortable ensuite bedrooms with many thoughtful extras
  Food & Drink - Extensive menu & range of real ale, craft beers, lager & cider from Butcombe Brewery
  Ambience & atmosphere - Welcoming atmosphere, original oak beams, wood panelling, open fires.
