"Interactive dining in the heart of the city centre."
Overview
Just around the corner from the legendary Cavern Club, 8 By Andrew Sheridan is accessed via a discreet door and staircase leading down to a low-lit vaulted bar. After snacks, diners are taken down another level to an intimate space where a maximum of 16 people sit on tall stools at two kitchen benches. The eight-course menu is rooted in British and global flavours. A meal might begin with dry-aged scallop with coconut water, pickled onions, olive oil and micro coriander before a stunning piece of Wagyu beef with creamed horseradish, black garlic and a rich foie gras and chocolate red wine sauce.
