Sora is a fusion restaurant and bar on the seventh floor of the Deansgate Malmaison. The views across the skyline and down to Albert Square are stunning and a balcony terrace runs around two sides. Alternatively, enjoy sushi and Asian small plates inside where the style is modern and colourful.
