The Milbury at Beauworth
"Seasonal menus in restored 17th-century pub."
Overview
Dynamic new owners have opened a new chapter in The Milbury at Beauworth, a lovingly restored 400-year-old inn brimming with character from its original features, including a 300-foot well. In a rustic-chic setting with a centrepiece fireplace, bare bricks and venerable beams, the kitchen sends out a wide-ranging menu of full-flavoured dishes built on local, seasonal materials.
