Overview
Adam Handling's Ugly Butterfly entices diners with its elegant and stylish dining room, and inspirational views over the ocean surging onto Fistral Beach. With its open kitchen adding to the dynamic, crisp design, it feels like the sort of place with its finger very much on the culinary pulse, supported by a super service team who bring the experience to life with an infectious enthusiasm. Showcasing West Country produce, menus are full of contemporary appeal, as in crab pointed up with perilla, tomato jelly and red pepper, or venison ravioli with black garlic and Cornish Kern cheese.
