The Plough Inn is a special place with a special past and a special present. The Grade II-listed medieval Wealden Hall house is lovingly preserved in all of its authentic glory. Today, it's home to a restaurant and bar, and is set in a tranquil garden with low-key luxury-style accommodation tucked away in a newly-built Kent barn. Set high up on Kent Downs in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, this is a little island of peacefulness where wonderful English things have been preserved and are waiting to be rediscovered.
