The Highway Inn
"In the heart of pretty Burford, gateway to The Cotswolds"
Overview
The Highway is a 15th-century coaching inn, offering a traditional warm welcome along with comfortable modern touches. You’ll find a high-quality menu of seasonal and local produce, served in the dining room, cellar or main bar, with its beamed ceilings and original stone fireplace. There’s also a sunny outdoor terrace and a secluded courtyard with log fire. The well-stocked bar has Hook Norton Hooky and a guest ale on handpump, and menus always include a pie of the day, fresh fish and chips and some excellent steaks.
