"Organic produce and celebrity clientele"
Overview
From the family behind nearby Daylesford Organic, The Wild Rabbit has already been dubbed ‘the poshest pub in Britain’ due to its A-list celebrity customers. The 18th-century Cotswold inn has stripped back walls, open fires and simple handcrafted furniture. Local Hook Norton is one of seven beers on tap, and the impeccably sourced wine list displays more than a dozen served by the glass. Three AA Rosettes have been awarded for the seasonal menu which features Daylesford’s organic produce, served in the bar and on the terrace all day. Kick off with Scottish mackerel with heritage beetroot and English wasabi; followed by roast cauliflower with couscous; or Wootton Estate venison.
