Ocean Restaurant at The Atlantic Hotel
"Top notch cooking by the sea."
Overview
The Ocean Restaurant at The Atlantic Hotel enjoys a peaceful setting overlooking the wild dunes and glorious sandy beach of St Ouen's Bay. This boutique retreat has it all: a serene ambience amid exotic palm trees in a conservation area and, if golf is your thing, it’s next to a championship course. Oak floors, pristine white walls with artworks, floor-to-ceiling windows with plantation shutters looking onto garden and ocean beyond, it has understated luxurious style in spades, but inventive contemporary cooking with Asian accents is the real draw here. An opening foie gras ballotine is paired with smoked eel, sweet wine jelly, pear and vanilla compôte, toasted brioche and apple and frisée salad.
