Overview
Santo Cusimano has retired, but the name remains, and Santo’s Higham Farm Hotel is a unique rural retreat. With the rolling Amber Valley all around, it's in prime Derbyshire walking country, and was fashioned from an old farmstead. Menus mobilise plenty of pedigree local produce and Italian influences are never distant.
