"Modern British cooking in iconic resort hotel."
Overview
High up on Bournemouth’s East Cliff, this art deco hotel boasts all the monochrome touches of that decadent period. Not that the cooking in the hotel’s elegant Ventana Grand Café restaurant is stuck in the 1930s – the food is modern British to the core. As befits a hotel with panoramic sea views, fish gets a strong showing.
