"Another winner from chef Gary Usher."
Overview
Set on Didsbury’s busy high street, HISPI (named after the trendy cabbage variety) is the third crowdfunded venture from Gary Usher. Inside, you’ll find stripped-back, minimalist decor, and seating areas over a mezzanine and two downstairs dining areas. There’s an open kitchen, and informal service is characteristically friendly. Presentation is simple, and great quality produce is used to good effect.
