Overview
Located on Tring’s historic High Street, Crockers is a bustling modern restaurant offering food that is both beautifully cooked and presented, but also free of the pomp that’s often associated with fine dining. The Chef’s Table is a theatrical culinary experience as guests watch chefs prepare each plate right in front of them. The seasonal menu changes daily to reflect the freshest possible ingredients that are available each day. Roast cauliflower houmous, dukkah, whipped feta, hot honey and seeded crackers could lead on to slow-cooked short rib of beef, broccoli and smoked garlic, kohlrabi, beef fat potatoes and red wine sauce.
