Auberge du Lac

"Beautiful setting for enjoying accomplished cuisine."
Overview
In Brocket Hall’s former hunting lodge, the Auberge takes its name from its lakeside setting overlooking the neoclassical Hall itself. The view alone might well prompt a daytime visit for a modern British lunch, maybe with ingredients foraged by the kitchen team on the magnificent 543-acre estate. A typical meal may start with charcoal pasta ravioli with shellfish mousse, Cornish crab, tarragon and sauce Americane, then continue with Norfolk chicken breast and stuffed leg with parsnip, pickled walnut, cabbage fondue and cream chicken jus. If there’s room, finish with a blueberry soufflé with vanilla ice cream. Show more
