Overview
The trump card at the easygoing Buoy and Oyster restaurant is its covered first-floor terrace overlooking Margate's sandy beach. Bare brickwork, an open kitchen and piscine artworks reinforce the maritime look to go with well-tuned modern British food whose focus is clearly, as the name suggests, on fish and seafood.
