An undeniably stylish affair, this Smithfield newbie's name offers a nod to its ethos, with its kitchen driven by produce from the family farm in Argyll (and seafood from its sister aquafarm) in the pasture-to-plate, nose-to-tail genre, where reimagined British classics come with a French twist driven by flavour. A relaxing bar, elegant seating and neutral tones offer modern good looks.
