Overview
Set in the splendid black-and-white timbered Tudor Revival-style mansion that is the Hillbark Hotel, The Dining Room and Cellar are its two main dining venues, each with its own ambience – the intimate 'Cellar', where glass walls display the impressive wines, and 'The Dining Room', which looks across a 250-acre woodland estate towards the River Dee. Whichever you choose, expect sharp modern cooking with classical roots.
