Saracen's Head

"Seasonal menus in an unusual Georgian villa."
Overview
Built in 1806, and surrounded by lovely open countryside, the Saracen’s Head isn’t quite the typical Norfolk inn. More of a creeper-clad Tuscan villa with brick fireplaces, the inn features a small bar and its main attraction is a nicely intimate dining room offering up to 40 covers, with hands-on service from the owners and their team.

About the area
The North Norfolk Coast is designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and probably the finest of its kind in Europe. Here you’ll find a string of quaint villages and small towns – Holkham, Wells-next-the-Sea and Cley next the Sea are 21st-century favourites, while Sheringham and Cromer are classic examples of a good old-fashioned seaside resort where grand Victorian hotels look out to sea
