Part of the impressive Mandolay Hotel in Guildford’s city centre, The Grill can be bright and airy or atmospherically intimate. Open tables and discrete booths are set with quality table settings and there’s background jazz music. As you’d expect, dishes from the grill make up much of the menu, but there’s still plenty of choice.
