The Priory is a classic Victorian Gothic extravaganza dating from the 1870s. Set in 12 acres on Nutfield Ridge, The Cloisters Restaurant has mullioned windows offering expansive views over the grounds towards the spine of the South Downs and makes an atmospheric backdrop for a creative, modern take on country-house cooking.
