Just across the river from the theatres of the Royal Shakespeare Company, this contemporary brasserie offers a champagne bar and enterprising modern cooking. Expect fashionable twists on the classics – for example a dessert of dark chocolate pavé with a deconstructed garnish of griottine cherries, cherry sorbet and Chantilly cream.
