Located in the original Bird’s Custard factory in Birmingham’s trendy Digbeth area, 670 Grams has an appropriately urban and industrial vibe. A moody gothic interior with vibrant modern artwork and eclectic (if loud) musical playlist, it’s a quirky setting for an internationally inspired tasting menu that offers surprising flavour combinations.
