Overview
Set in 500 acres of unspoilt parkland, Lucknam Park is an enchanting Palladian mansion and the perfect setting for Hywel Jones’ sophisticated cooking. Sparkling chandeliers, ornate mirrors, elegant wallpaper and pristine double-clothed tables create a refined ambience in the recently refurbished dining room. It’s an appropriately luxurious backdrop for carefully constructed dishes that treat top-drawer produce with respect. Dressed Cornish crab, Granny Smith apple and sesame has a real clarity of flavour and might be followed by accurately cooked venison paired with spiced plum and turnip.
