Overview
Set in the Wiltshire countryside and surrounded by glorious gardens, The Dining Room is at the culinary heart of Whatley Manor’s luxurious country house delights. Spreading across three modern, light rooms, the restaurant is an understated space with cream walls, bare wooden floors and generously spaced tables, yet with a luxury feel. Whether you go for the six- or nine-course tasting menu (vegetarian and plant-based options are also available) local sourcing of ingredients is the bedrock. Beef comes from the neighbouring organic farm, a local beekeeper looks after four hives kept in the grounds and there’s also a kitchen garden.
