"Glorious views and accomplished seasonal dishes."
Overview
For a restaurant with rooms, Mingary Castle enjoys a simply stunning location. Perched on a picturesque promontory on the west coast of Scotland, the sturdy 13th-century curtain walls shelter this unusual and charming venue on the wild and beautiful Ardnamurchan Peninsula. The castle is slap bang on the shore, with panoramic views across to the Isle of Mull from the viewing platform. Chef Colin Nicholson and his team know what they’re doing, and the candlelit dining room is comfortable and welcoming. Show more
