Blas Restaurant
"Exciting modern Welsh cooking in unique location."
Overview
Part of the luxurious Twr y Felin hotel and set in its own delightful grounds, Blas Restaurant is located in a former windmill dating back to 1806. Close to some fabulous walks, should you need to work up an appetite, Blas (the name means 'taste' in Welsh) is an elegant dining room designed to stimulate the senses via mood lighting, bespoke handcrafted furniture and bold and striking artworks. Taking their inspiration from the rich landscapes of Pembrokeshire and further afield in Wales, head chefs Gareth Evans and Dan Slipakiv’s creative menus are built on the foundations of daily catches of lobster, crab and fish from the nearby coast alongside Welsh-farmed meats and poultry. The chefs’ foraging expeditions yield hyper-seasonal goodies such as samphire and wild garlic, adding a real sense of the local landscape to the culinary creations.

About the area
Wales meets the Atlantic Ocean in spectacular fashion at Pembrokeshire. Unlike the West Country, Pembrokeshire can offer the coast without the crowds, and quaint fishing villages without those huge coach parks
