This 18th Century, two bedroom beamed cottage is very comfortable and is just around the corner to the town centre, lake and parks, an ideal situation for those wanting to be close to all the local amenities. Situated in a small square just of Derwent Street, the cottage offers private, yet very central accommodation with the bonus of private parking. Plenty of storage for bikes, boots, jackets etc.
