Overview
Drws Nesaf is a warm, comfortable, well equipped bungalow with gardens and off-road parking. The bungalow has period features including an old kitchen range. It overlooks a tower windmill and is in a quiet part of a busy village. With a railway station and on main bus routes, the village is a good base for visiting Lincoln, the Wolds, Lincolnshire’s aviation heritage and The Fens. Walkers and cyclists are very welcome.

Peaceful location - Tucked away in a quiet area of a busy village close to very good road links.
Ideally situated - Perfect for exploring the city of Lincoln and all Lincolnshire has to offer.
Mertheringham Village - Offers some amenities, a railway station and is on main bus route.
Beautiful Gardens - Neatly kept gardens to both eh front and back. Off road parking is also provided.

About the area
Much of the fenland around the Wash has been drained of its marshes and reclaimed as highly productive farmland. Further north, the coastline, with its sandy beaches, has been developed to accommodate the holiday industry, with caravans, campsites and the usual seaside paraphernalia
