Transporting guests to a complete state of serenity, Fistral’s elegant spa boasts an Indoor Heated Vitality Pool, Hot Tub, Steam Room, Sauna and Tranquil Relaxation Room. An array of GAIA treatments are offered to suit individuals and couples alike, all of which use natural, GAIA Skincare products. Longer, step-by-step treatments, known as rituals, are also available, including the Ocean Gaia Ritual which uses advanced Balinese and Lomi Lomi techniques, including exfoliation, mud application and massage, to release tension and stress in the body. Pregnancy-specific treatments can also be arranged; perfect for couples enjoying a Cornish babymoon. The serene spa offers a full suite of GAIA treatments, a vitality pool, steam room, sauna, and a tranquil relaxation lounge.
