Set within 26 acres of woodland, Wheal Martyn provides a fascinating day out for everyone. The site includes the UK's only China Clay Museum, set within a complete 19th-century clay works. It tells the story of Cornwall's most important present day industry. Key features are Cornwall's largest working water wheel, spectacular views of a wooden working clay pit with monstrous machines at work, nature trails, children's challenge trail, play area, indoor interactive displays, café and gift shop. Fun, discovery and adventure for all the family.
