Overview
Salford Quays is the BBC’s new home in the North, and many of their flagship shows are now broadcast from here, including Match Of The Day, Blue Peter, A Question Of Sport, Mastermind, BBC Breakfast, Radio 5 Live, CBBC, and BBC Sport. The tour guides will make sure you see as much as is possible at this fascinating complex, and because of the nature of live television and filming schedules no two tours will be the same. There are also interactive exhibits where you can try your hand at reading the news and presenting the weather. Capacity on the tours is limited, so advance booking is essential. For children 6-11 there is also a CBBC Interactive Tour.
